Never underestimate your ability to create positive change in your life and others.. I, just like everyone else, have parts of myself I want to work and improve upon. Nobody is 100% perfect we all have sides of ourselves that we would like to change at times. It’s never to late to make changes and move towards a new direction in life! You also have to appreciate where you are at in your journey as well.

HOW TO LIVE a happier life… Stop caring what people think! I am definitely an over thinker at times… But one thing I TRY NOT TO overthink is my content. I just kind of say, and post whatever comes to my mind. That could be a good or bad thing, but it has led me this far. 😉 Sometimes I say some things in my videos, or in my patreon, thinking that no one’s gonna understand, (or get what I’m saying) But then you guys always leave me feedback letting me know that I don’t just say stuff just to say stuff LOL! And I really do appreciate you guys giving a shit about what I have to say. Especially because in my lifetime there has been a lot of people who try to put down my ideas, just because they are different OR outside the box.

I know some people will be annoyed about how passionate I am about things, but I do feel so blessed that I could connect with people who feel the same way that I do. So moral of the story, post THAT content! STOP WAITING AND STOP CARING WHAT PEOPLE THINK! Are they paying your bills? Are they going to make your dreams come true? Hell no! Also I’m fully aware that my post on Instagram have no consistency, but sometimes I go on hermit mode.. WHEN IT COMES TO CONTENT CREATION PRESSURING YOURSELF TO POST CAN LEAD TO BURN OUT. We waste so much time trying to be perfect and do life “the right way” there’s no such thing as perfection. It doesn’t exist. If you are waiting on pursuing something in your life because you don’t feel like you are ready or good enough.. just go for it !

Today’s message and reminder. Feeling triggered at times is normal and natural. Any spiritualist that wants to pretend they never get mad, or stressed etc is a liar. Toxic positively is a thing. Slow down and feel those emotions. Where are they coming from.

Just like the rest of us, I tell my angels all the time I’m tired of this shadow work. 😭 We kind of picture a day where everything is all perfect and life just hands us everything we ever asked for… But that never really happens does it? We have to accept that where we’re at right now is exactly where we need to be.

Yes, Life is also filled with choices. If you are choosing to constantly try to work on yourself and improve yourself you are winning. Keep telling yourself that no matter where you are at on your path!

Challenges do not arise to just torture us, they arrive to motivate, change, push and redirect us. If what you are doing isn’t working, try something different. It’s crazy how a few small steps can change the course of our entire life. I know the world can be dark and scary. But God gives us what we can handle! Whatever it is that you are facing, it’s temporary. Remember that. You got this!

Also when my lashes are done I feel like a new person. Do something nice for yourself this week! You deserve it !!!

A lot of you have asked me about “how you build confidence.” There is no secret formula. All of us have insecurities and things we don’t like about ourselves. Yes, subluminals do help! (Link to my subliminals channel 😉 ) However, We all have a personal set of personality traits, sensitivities, insecurities, challenges & experiences. Some of us were bullied, and others cast aside, just because we were different. It’s especially hard to feel confident , when you feel constantly like you don’t fit in.

So how did I manage to build confidence in myself? First of all, I Improved the things I really didn’t like about myself (that was in my control). BUT PLEASE Acknowledge the things you DO like about yourself FIRST, and REMEMBER THOSE THINGS!

Secondly, I know the saying sometimes is funny but “fake it till you make it” Works. If you act “as if” eventually it becomes second nature.

And the last step, this one is tough.. STOP SEEKING VALIDATION! Not everyone’s gonna like you, not everyone is going to treat you with respect, not everyone’s going to understand you. If you constantly base how you feel about yourself based off of others actions, you will end up with a fluctuated self-worth. Yes I do believe the more confident you are, the more attractive you are, but there’s also people that will hate you because you’re confident! (Jealously) The point I’m trying to say is, just start appreciating who you are because there’s only one of you! And stop caring what PEOPLE THINK SO MUCH!

! I have another tip as well, watch who you surround yourself with. If you’re around people and situations that are constantly putting you down it’s harder to build yourself up! I never fit in, and I never will. Once I really embraced that I created Loveexistsvisions! 😉🙏😝 I NEVER HAD IT EASY! I just made the most of what I was dealt with, and you can do it too! I believe IN ALL OF YOU!
