I feel as a collective right now, we are all definitely going through a huge spiritual shift. 😇 I can’t help but to feel a little bit different lately! Do you guys feel the same? Hello everyone ! There’s definitely a lot going on with this current epidemic situation. As some of you know, I live in New Jersey. There seems to be a lot of tension about what’s going to happen with this coronavirus. Already starting last week, I decided to spend most of my days indoors and do what I can make sure myself and my family are as healthy as possible. I suggest everyone does the same! Please wash your hands and stay inside! I know a lot of you guys are from other parts of the world as well, but I definitely see this as a global issue. If you are choosing to stay inside, or even quarantined, use this time to really learn more about yourself. Isolation could be a new experience for some of you, but you got this!!

Spending time with yourself can also be an experience where you can go deep and realize what you really want out of life moving forward. I know some of you are frightened, while others don’t seem to be bothered. Panicking doesn’t solve anything. I think it’s best to just keep yourself educated on the facts. Just do what it takes to be aware, and take precautions necessary to avoid unneeded interactions as much as possible. I’m also going to try to post more on all my platforms so you all have an extra bit of inspiration & guidance during this time period!
